Mr. R. D. Dubey is a graduate in Arts started his career as a primary school teacher. Later on he joined SCI International Securities Ltd. as a Supervisor in 1987. His commitment towards work and desire to learn new things provided him with the opportunity to work as a Manager (Field). In 1993 he became the Director of SCI International and served the organization for more than a decade.

In 2004, after the demise of Late Shri SureshChandra Shukla, R. D. Dubey come up with his own venture in the year 2006 with an aim to transform the working conditions of security personnel who purely earns for fulfilling the basic necessity of life.

Mr. Dubey, a veteran in Industrial Security & Safety Services holds an experience of over two decades in cement industry. He had been a member of Central Association for the Private Security Industry of India (CAPSI) since 2003.

On personal front Mr. Dubey is a man of simplicity committed to his family, employees and clients. He believes in empowerment as core value of management. His ambition is to make SCISSPL a very customer centric and trustworthy organization.

Sarvesh R Dubey (Director)

Mr. Sarvesh Dubey is a management graduate in Planning and Entrepreneurship from Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed his Wealth Management Program in collaboration with National University of Singapore.

During his management studies he was accolade with student of the year award and continuously secured the 1st position. Prior to joining SCISSPL, he was with ICICI group as a Senior Relationship Manager.
