Mr. Sarvesh Dubey is a management graduate in Planning and Entrepreneurship from Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed his Wealth Management Program in collaboration with National University of Singapore.

Sarvesh Dubey is a dynamic leader with a diverse skill set and a proven track record in marketing strategy and legal affairs. With a robust educational background and extensive professional experience, he brings invaluable expertise to his role as Director at SCISS.

Mr. Sarvendra R Dubey

Director : HR

Mr. Sarvendra R Dubey is an MBA (HR) from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He has an extensive experience in Creating, Leading and Building strong relationship with people, management, clients and government liasioning.

He is an experienced professional in the field of HR & Admin and is responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance of the company.

He develops corporate HR plans on matters such as compensation, employee benefits, health and safety. He supports the human factor in the company by creating strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development. He handles employment relations - Labor law related audits and analyse data to report as per HR metrics for informed decision making of the company.

His thorough knowledge of data analysis, human resource management principles and employment regulations makes him the key person of the company.

Rashmikant S. Kshirsagar

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rashmikant Kshirsagar joins SCISS as Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 2021. A chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Kshirsagar has over 45 years of corporate experience in fields of Accounting, Auditing, Management Consultancy, Income tax, projects exposure, fundraising, M&A, Goods & Service Tax with industries like pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Biscuits & Confectionary, Wood Industry and supermarket presents his strong strategic capabilities.

His blended Indian and global experience with various industries namely Sarabhai Chemicals Division of Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd, Wade Adams Construction Ltd (Malawi), Universal Industries Ltd (Malawi), Wood Industries Corporation Ltd (Malawi), Africa Air Cargo Ltd Malawi, Africa Commodity Traders Ltd Mozambique is very valuable to us as we accelerate towards the next phase of sustainable growth. He is also a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. After coming back to India in 2001, he started practice of accountancy profession and delivered able guidance to all his clients for their progress.

As a CFO he is responsible for managing and leading the financial activities in tandem with other board members of the company. He is accountable for financial success of the company by choosing the optimal financing options, fund investment, making strategic decision, tracking cash flow and ensure that the company’s financial reports are always accurate.

His extensive knowledge and vast experience in accounts & finance profession makes him a top executive of the company.

Capt. Sheera Sagar Iyengar (Retd.)

Chief Operations Officer

A highly experienced and most versatile leader with over 30 years of experience as Head Security with ACC and Ambuja Cements Ltd. Actively Involved in the field of Security Survey, Audit, Evaluation, Planning and Execution makes him a top gunner of the industry.

He looks after Administration, Business Expansion, Personnel and Crisis Management for PAN India.

Dy. Commandant Kanwar Tilak Raj Singh Guleria (Retd.)

General Manager - Operations & Marketing)

A highly experienced officer with 25 years experience in BSF and SPG, an elite force of Govt. of India and 17 years experience in Cement Industry with Ambuja Cements Ltd as DGM (Security & Admin) makes him a top notch of the industry.

During his service period he was actively involved in Security Audit, Evaluation, Planning, Execution of Traffic Management, Security Systems and [CCTV] contol room management.

Being in high profile VVIP services knew all tips of VVIP duties and vigilance management. He looks after operations, man management, client satisfaction and business development of the company.
